Marcus has spent the last 10 years coaching competitive powerlifters and everyday members alike, with a philosophy built on progressive overload and bulletproof technique. A former collegiate athlete, he transitioned into coaching after a knee injury forced him to rethink how strength training should actually be taught. Members love his no-nonsense approach and his knack for turning intimidating barbell lifts into simple, repeatable patterns.
